Mr. LAI received a bachelor’s degree in science in 2005 from the Northwest Telecommunications Engineering College. His experience is in the areas of electronic information, electronic product development, finance and project planning.

After graduation from Northwest Telecommunications Engineering College with a bachelor’s degree in 1984, Mr. LAN has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the areas of production of electronic products, operations management, project planning, investments, program planning, and operation of capital markets in Shenzhen, mainland China. For the last few years, he had been primarily engaged in investment and property alleviation projects at all levels of government in mainland China. He had presided over the national comprehensive agricultural development projects in Guangdong province, Heyuan region. Mr. LAN also received a master’s degree in business management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1992.

Mr. Tang is the Acting CTO of Titanium Technology responsible for formulating business strategies, overseeing the entire business operation, establishing and executing global alliances, mergers & acquisition for the Group. Mr. Tang has been the Chief Operation Officer of Titanium Technology since July 2001 and is responsible for its management and overall operation. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Under his leadership, Titanium Technology has experienced tremendous growth and has increased its employee base worldwide in just over a year. Prior to co-founding Titanium Technology, he was also a co-founder of 303 Company Limited with Dr. Johnny Ng and Mr. Humphrey Cheung. Mr. Tang previously was an instrumental member of the research team in the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he focused on the research of virtual reality technology. He also held senior position in one of the largest Internet Service Provider in Hong Kong.

Dr. Johnny NG, Honorary Chairman

Dr. Ng is the Founder and Honorary Chairman of Titanium Group. He attained post-doctor in Tsinghua University, Beijing in 2006 and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Currently, Dr. Ng is the Adjunct Associate Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of Changchun Municipal People's Political Consultative Committee, All China Youth Federation, and China's Entrepreneur Association. He was also the committee member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Media and Communication Committee in 2002. He was awarded "Ten Outstanding Young Digi Person" in 2000, "Innovative Entreprenuer of Year 2003", and “Top 100 Cosmopolitan Chinese Confucian Businessman in 2004”. He is a highly sought after speaker at high level industry conferences and a frequent commentator in the media.

Dr. Jing Li is the doctor of Venture Capital who has engaged in the field of research and high-tech venture capital practice over six years. Dr. Jing Li is the significance for the various social groups member, such as The eighth committeeman of the All-China Youth Federation; The ninth Under-Secretary-General of Chinese Young Entrepreneurs' Association; The seconded committeeman of Central State Organs ACYF; Member of China Democracy Construction.
