2. If face logon fails, how can I logon Windows again?
If you are an administrator, you will be allowed to
go back directly to login by password. Otherwise, you
may also be allowed to do so if it has been set in "User
Manager".
3. Can I still logon with/without glasses or hats?
Depends on the security level configured.
4. If the web cam is not available, can I still use my password to logon?
Administrators will be allowed to log in by password. While normal FaceOK users will not be allowed to login, if they are configured to be verified by face.
5. What is Active User Monitoring and how to enable it?
Monitor the environment actively to ensure continuous access control. The system proactively locks itself out when the authorized user is not detected. You may activate the Active Monitoring by turning on the "Enable Active User Monitoring" checkbox.
6. How is the encryption key generated?
You will get a secret key that is generated randomly when the account is created.
7. Can I copy the encrypted file to another workstation and decrypt it?
FaceOK Professional edition: No, since the user record is stored in the local HD;
Enterprise edition: it can be recovered within the enterprise network.
8. What should I do if the orientation of the pictures captured is not normal (e.g. upside down)?
Please make sure the orientation of the camera is correct.
